  Please understand I do not write or spell good I do have people helping,I am told that I am dyslectic. I will never have a G.E.D. And I will never go to College. Because of this disability I kind of have a gift to see in to things , people and he moral concepts of life..........

  What is FASC Concepts ?

  It is the united efforts of ideas of all. It is a concept that through the merger of a Health Care Stimulus Package and The Federal Act Security Card it will create a security factor for the Nation and the People.

  It is the connection that it applies to.

  It is a open offer to all to help build this concept, that a person may have a idea of how to make it stay secure and protected from scams and how to make it work better.

  It is a gift, to open minds to what if ?

  That no matter what happens that our shared concepts will be remembered for days to come. That the creation of a Medical  Health Care Reform and {medication is in fact to help insure that the age of man will continue and be safe from that which could bring down nations of people.}

  What we are saying, WE THE PEOPLE ON THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ,order the officials of government to stand down and unite your efforts as one.  This is a Constitutional Directive, given and written into law. We the people need officals of government to stop fighting over the health care issue and remove yourself from the system in order to fix it.

  Jerry is a  friend, asked me,why use the $999 billion dollars as you did ?

  It is the connection it applies to............

  It is because I wanted to let people know what the enemy saw. It is the idea that income tax dollar and dollars was consider constant by annalist and the enemy knew because there is no anti war crime act in place to prevent the fall of a system, {no foundation built  within  th US system} and the assumption of a dollar being constant is wrong. The services in place can not help against a design of war brought against us  such as this. people have stated to me that these people could not of anticipated a system failure. After seeing what the cause and effect of their war effort and those who took advantage during this war,we also saw into the The State Of the Union Address as a basic countermeasure of how the FASC Card will work. In order to form a more perfect Union,it is within the hands of the people. This is a guide line giving to us by those who saw into our further. That One Nation Under God. These rules are in place for a good reason and when you mess with those rules it could bring down a nation.

  Some have said that there is no way enemy knew of the fall out that happened, well maybe so but they know now.

  The purpose of this card is because there is no Act in place to protect the people.

  The war attack against our country within its boundary was studied by our enemy and they knew,that it could cause civil unrest across the world. You may think that they are a bunch of camel ridding jocks,but you are so wrong.

 Built within the function of this card is a basic rate of stimulus payments / concept of stimulus impact /  intervention of supporting other programs inability to head off failure of a state wide issues  because of a war design and or crimes. Concept is to work with other Social Formats and not interfere. Think of it this way,this card is to give you support for a determined amount of time and it will not matter if you go back to work, {you have been credit the funds.}

 Witin the tax forum or payment option, for those who wish to pay by the month, lets say that something happens and you can not make payment. Instead of failure of payment notice the FASC writes you and states, how can we help you? If help is need, within the formatt offered is, if you miss that $25.00 payment that $1.00 per month will be added to the $25.00. At the same time a budget reformatted of the issues of the problem that you or your family faces. In other words payment reductions are in order to help maintain your life and the life of the health care program.

                                         Concept of dollar support

  Please remember the {A B C D } scoring concept of how to interfacing different concepts  to work as one. To support/ to obtain the same goal /  to be as one within a function. 

 {A} 6 months  payment concept /  $2500.00 Healthcare/ FASC Card, percentage rate at 25% within the scoring range on poverty.

{B}12 months up to $2500 to $5000.00........................ at 50%  peoples scoring on poverty level

{C}18 months up to $5000.00..............................    at75%  below poverty level

{D}24 months up to $10,000.00.............................  at100%  homeless

  It is are goal to open the minds of a function that this concept will be a building block to think about. 

  Once you have been approved for the support ,this is your money until the months are up. And  no matter if you go to work or not, the funds will be paid until the end of its scope of monthly payments are completed.

FASC Concepts

The  FASC is a format for which the Federal Government Official and with the help of the people can reboot our jobs and companies with out dumping billions at one time.
  #1. Federal Guides Lines state that if people and companies suffer because of crime committed on a large scale that those effected can get help.
  #2. States all ready have a Benefit Security Card,........
   We offer a new idea concept,The FASD Card .....
  Lets say that a $10,000 dollar credit to each person effected,the funds could be a 12 month to 24 months of payments depending of issues with dollar needs to maintain peoples lives..But no matter what you have been credit the money, to help restart your life and balance your bills and stimulate the economy. This is not a loan for the public it is a ball out to rebuild on,for families or a person. Now what would up to $10,000.00 do for you life right now ?

  Through the FASD Card it works the same as a state issued card but under Federal Guide lines. To help the poor and those effected by the war and crime, this will create a stimulus that will move us forward. We all saw for our self how a one time stimulus check moved the market...This is not waisted thoughts, it is and will be  shared ideas by millions of people on its ability to maintain out our future. And if we end up in another war this ACT will be there to head off the issues we see today. 

  To help you understand what we are at war with ,to put it simple,drug dealers,what is called in law enforcement, criminals. These people wish to glorify them self in faith,but at the same time they wish to enslave countries through drugs, and will kill all who get in their way.

  The FASC Benefit Card

  The "concept" is to have this stimulus package, to work with other programs and not interfere with the well fair support,social security and other benefits,that some have now. To allow cash withdraws or not will depend if H.U.D. to takes plastic. This is a idea to keep the dollars within the FASC Card so that you can pay bills gas what ever. But the dumping of cash is a idea but there is so much abuse when cash is with drawn from a benefit card. The benefit card that is in use today allows withdraw of cash because it dose not have the formatt to allow payments of bills, gas, and so on.

               Credit Concepts for compainies and people       

The concept of this is to put the people at ease with the money and at the same time,a 100% per cent support for a company that requested the help. Over the next 20 to 40 months each company on the 15 of the each month puts in for their monthly balancing needs and payment should be deposited by the 1st of next months so that this company can maintain its patment needs and also at the same time this will help keep the funds within the Government system from being over stressed.   This act will in fact put faith back into our officials of government and bridge the gap that has been created by civil unrest and make the people fee unl easy about bail outs in the billion of dollars,this now becomes supervised to make both parties happy. I know I repeated myself but I wanted to say it again.

   Lets say that Ford or GMC needs $40,billion dollars bail out.....
 we offer a concept of a CREDIT FORMATT,  They will get a credit $0 billion dollars or a credit under a grant approval for that amount....
  First they get a deposit to stabilize the company and the balance is forward/ to remain within the system. . Like $2,billion from $40,billion is $38,billion,this way if the company still has problems there is $38 billion dollars of credit their for them.    The concept of this is to put the people at ease with the money and at the same time, a 100% per cent support for the company that requested the help.
